Please note - In ALL cases, Challenge 25 will be used and a signature will be required on delivery: No items we stock are on sale to people below the age of 18.
How much will I be charged for delivery?
Your delivery charge is based on the weight of your order and starts from £4.00.
When will my gin arrive?
Your Moose Gin will arrive between 3 and 5 working days.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently only deliver to UK Mainland via Royal Mail or Collect+.
What happens if I am not in to accept my Moose Gin?
If you are not at your delivery address, the courier will leave a card explaining that they will deliver the next day - and/or explaining how your can contact them to rearrange a delivery or collect from their depot - please read this card. If your parcel hasn't arrived when it should, please contact us as soon as possible. It is recommended that you choose delivery to your work address if you are due to receive your order during your working hours.
What if my delivery is damaged?
In the unlikely event that you have accepted your order from the courier and discover damages, you must let us know as quick as possible. Please do not throw away any of the packaging - we will request a photograph of the packaging and the damaged items to confirm what has happened. If you do not want to send us a photograph then you must return the damaged goods back to us so that we can inspect them and process a refund/replacement. If you encounter any problems with the courier please contact us.
/ LOCAL DROP OFF
Moose Gin Ltd is based in Burnley but we live in nearby Colne. If you live between or nearby to these two towns then you will be given a local drop off option at checkout. The option will be given automatically to those who enter a postcode within a reasonable distance to where we are based.
Due to other commitments, local drop offs will only be made on the Saturday after your order is placed.
